Upon completion of the course, you will be able to prove that you have completed suitable First Aid Training that meets Health and Safety (First Aid) 1981 Regulations to be a First Aider in a low risk work environment.

The 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course covers CPR, AED use and minor injuries, ideal for low risk workplaces. The 3 day First Aid at Work (FAW) course provides more in depth training for serious injuries and medical conditions, suited to higher risk environments.
This is a one-day course running from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with breaks included:
- 10:30 AM - 15-minute break
- 12:00 PM - 30-minute lunch
- 2:30 PM - 15-minute break
- 4:00 PM - Course finish (unless alternative timings are arranged)
